A song for Biscuit from the Garcia family

[Verse 1]
Biscuit, you’re three today, our golden girl
With sunny fur and a tail that swirls
You raid the laundry basket, socks in tow
Then look so pleased wherever you go

[Pre-Chorus]
At four o’clock, the school bus comes around
You’re waiting by the door, ears up, paws down
The kids come running, you welcome them home
Our happy-hearted shadow, never alone

[Chorus]
Biscuit, Biscuit, today is your day
Three candles shining, hip-hip-hooray
Biscuit, Biscuit, our sweet family friend
We love you from your nose to your tail’s very end

[Verse 2]
You curl up close when the evening winds down
And turn every room into your playground
We gather together, your favorite crew
The Garcia family singing for you

[Pre-Chorus]
We sing happy birthday, you lift up your head
Then howl every note with the words that we said
Your voice joins ours, and we all laugh along
You make our little home feel like a song

[Chorus]
Biscuit, Biscuit, today is your day
Three candles shining, hip-hip-hooray
Biscuit, Biscuit, our sweet family friend
We love you from your nose to your tail’s very end

[Bridge]
When the school day is over, you’re right where we’ll find you
A wag at the doorway, warm eyes shining through
Keep stealing those socks, keep singing along
You’ve been part of our family all your life long

[Final Chorus]
Biscuit, Biscuit, today is your day
Three candles shining, hip-hip-hooray
Biscuit, Biscuit, let the whole house sing
Our golden girl, you’re our favorite thing
Biscuit, Biscuit, our sweet family friend
We love you from your nose to your tail’s very end

[Outro]
Happy birthday, Biscuit, we love you so
Three years together, and still more to go
