TL;DR
Loudly is a Berlin-based AI music platform that does a bit of everything: generate instrumental and vocal tracks from a prompt, remix them, download stem packs, split stems from your own audio, and — unusually — distribute your tracks to Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok and 50-plus other platforms from the same account. People look for Loudly alternatives for a few recurring reasons: the free plan is non-commercial with short previews and one download a day, downloads are capped even on paid plans, commercial use starts at Pro, and its vocal tracks are not yet in the same league as the dedicated song generators. If the song itself is what matters — full vocals you can extend, restyle and fix one section at a time — the closest fit is Suno AI Music: 16 free credits at sign-up, two songs per 10-credit run, MP3 downloads with any plan or credit pack, and a commercial licence with a certificate from the Standard plan. The rest of the list covers other jobs, and the table says which.

What Loudly does well
Loudly started as a music-making app and grew into a full AI music platform built on its own models and a licensed library. In one account you can:
- Generate instrumentals or tracks with vocals from a text prompt or by picking genre, mood and energy, with tracks of several minutes on paid plans.
- Remix an existing track with AI, download stem packs, and run your own audio through a stem splitter.
- Distribute finished tracks to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, TikTok, Tidal, Deezer and more through Loudly Distro, included on paid plans.
Plans as of October 2026, according to third-party price checks: a Free tier (limited creations, short previews, one MP3 download a day, non-commercial), Personal at about $10 a month (about $8 billed yearly) with a personal licence, a few hundred downloads and WAV export, and Pro at about $30 a month (about $24 yearly) with more creations, longer tracks, more downloads and stem packs, and a Pro licence that covers commercial use.
For a creator who wants music, stems and distribution under one login, that bundle is genuinely convenient.
Why people look for a Loudly alternative
The friction is in the limits rather than the idea:
- The free plan is a preview. Short previews, one download a day and a non-commercial licence make it hard to judge a full track before paying.
- Downloads are capped on every plan. Generating is generous, but each plan has a monthly download ceiling, so heavy users count files rather than ideas.
- Commercial use is a Pro feature. Personal covers personal projects; monetised channels, ads and client work need Pro.
- Vocals lag the specialists. Loudly can sing, but if vocal realism is the point of your track, the dedicated song generators are ahead.
- Limited song editing. You can remix and split stems, but there is no way to rewrite one verse, extend an ending or restyle a finished song while keeping it.
The right Loudly alternative depends on which of these is your reason.

The eight alternatives
1. Suno AI Music — songs you keep finishing
We are one of the tools on this list, so here is what we do and what we do not. Suno AI Music runs Suno's models — v6 Mini on the free tier, v6 and v6 Wild on the paid plans — and keeps every song in a library with the finishing tools beside it. You can extend a track that ends too soon, cover it into another style, replace one section with new lyrics, split vocals from the instrumental, or render an MP4 music video. Each generation costs 10 credits and returns two complete songs.
On Loudly's pain points: MP3 downloads come with any plan or credit pack, without a separate monthly download ceiling; WAV export and a commercial licence with a downloadable certificate come with Standard and above. Plans are Starter $9.99 (800 credits a month), Standard $29.99 (3,000) and Premium $99.99 (12,000); one-time credit packs run from 2,500 credits for $29.99 to 20,000 for $199, and pack credits never expire.
Where we lose: no built-in distribution to Spotify — you upload through your own distributor — and no stem splitter for audio you did not make with us.

2. Suno (official) — the quality reference for vocals
If vocal realism is why you are leaving Loudly, Suno's own app is the reference. On September 9, 2026 it moved to the v6 family, trained on licensed music from partners including Warner Music and BMG. Pro is $10 a month (2,500 credits) and Premier $30 (10,000 credits plus Suno Studio, a browser DAW). Downloads are capped: since September 3, 2026, seven in total on the free plan, 20 a month on Pro and 60 on Premier. The Suno v6 write-up has the details.
3. Mureka — songs plus stems and MIDI
If you used Loudly's stem packs to finish tracks in a DAW, Mureka offers the producer's toolkit with stronger vocals. The free plan gives four songs a day without downloads; Pro is $10 a month for 500 songs, MP3 downloads and commercial rights; Premier is $30 a month for 2,000 songs, WAV, stems and MIDI, Mureka Studio and voice cloning.
4. Google Flow Music — a generous free plan
Google's music app (formerly Riffusion) runs Lyria 3.5, sings, and remixes by replacing or extending sections. The free plan tops up credits daily with two generations at a time; Starter is $8 a month. Downloads come as MP3, WAV or M4A, every track carries Google's SynthID watermark, and commercial use follows Google's terms. Our Google Flow Music alternatives guide goes deeper.
5. ElevenLabs Music — licensed data, clean paperwork
ElevenLabs Music makes sung or instrumental tracks in many languages from a model trained on licensed data. Commercial use starts at the $6-a-month Starter plan; music draws about 900 credits per minute from the shared pool. Film, TV, radio and studio games need Enterprise. Pick it when the question is whether a track can go under a paid ad.
6. Soundraw — instrumentals cut to your edit
If you used Loudly mainly for instrumental video music, Soundraw gives you more control over structure: pick a mood and length, then shorten, lengthen or rearrange sections to match the cut. Tracks are royalty-free on paid plans; the Creator plan is for background use and releasing on streaming platforms needs an Artist plan. No vocals. More in our Soundraw alternatives guide.
7. Mubert — endless background music
For streams and apps that need a constant supply of instrumental beds, Mubert generates royalty-free tracks of any length with a licence certificate. The free and Creator plans are non-commercial; commercial use needs Pro or Business, and tracks cannot be registered in Content ID. Our Mubert alternatives guide has the trade-offs.
8. Beatoven.ai — a perpetual licence for podcast music
Beatoven.ai makes instrumental beds for podcasts, courses and video, with a non-exclusive, perpetual licence on every download and a Fairly Trained-certified model. It suits occasional buyers, with low-cost plans measured in download minutes. It does not allow streaming release. Details in our Beatoven.ai alternatives guide.
Which one for which job
- Songs with vocals that I keep reworking: Suno AI Music. Replace section fixes a weak verse; extend fixes an ending that comes too soon.
- Many downloads a month without counting: Suno AI Music with a credit pack — pack credits never expire.
- The most realistic vocals, a few releases a month: Suno's own app.
- Stems and MIDI for a DAW: Mureka Premier.
- Licensed music for an ad: ElevenLabs Music.
- Instrumentals for a video edit: Soundraw, or our AI background music generator.
- A track on Spotify: any tool whose licence covers distribution — read can you upload AI music to Spotify before you upload.
FAQ
Is Loudly free?
There is a free plan, but it is non-commercial, gives short previews and allows one MP3 download a day. Paid plans start at about $10 a month for Personal; commercial use requires Pro.
Can I use Loudly music commercially?
On the Pro plan, yes; the Personal plan covers personal projects only. On Suno AI Music, commercial use comes with the Standard plan and above, with a downloadable certificate.
Does Loudly put my music on Spotify?
Paid Loudly plans include Loudly Distro, which distributes to Spotify, Apple Music and other platforms. With other generators you use a distributor of your choice; check the generator's licence covers distribution first.
What is the best Loudly alternative for vocals?
For raw vocal quality, Suno's own app. For generating and then editing songs in one place — extend, cover, replace a section, split stems — Suno AI Music. The 16 sign-up credits cover a first generation that returns two songs.
Which Loudly alternative has no download limits?
Most tools limit something. On Suno AI Music, MP3 downloads come with any plan or credit pack, and what you spend is generation credits rather than a separate download allowance. Suno's own app caps downloads per month.
Is there a free Loudly alternative?
Suno AI Music gives 16 credits at sign-up and runs Suno v6 Mini on the free tier; Google Flow Music has a free plan with daily credits; Mureka allows four songs a day without downloads; and Stable Audio 3 and ACE-Step 1.5 are free to run on your own hardware.
Final take
Loudly is a convenient bundle — generation, stems and distribution in one place — and if that bundle is what you need, it is worth paying for. Look for a Loudly alternative when the friction is the download cap, the Pro-only commercial licence, or vocals that do not yet match the specialists. For stems and MIDI, Mureka. For an ad, ElevenLabs. For full songs with vocals that you extend, restyle and fix one section at a time, start on Suno AI Music — the sign-up credits cover your first two songs.
